Project Manager with experience in reviewing, understanding and negotiating contracts needed for a possible Temp-to-Hire role in Minneapolis (Must live close Minneapolis!!!)

Pay rate is $43.17 per hour!!

Top 2 MUST HAVE skills or experience required:

• Experience reviewing / understanding / negotiating contracts
• Ability to understand proposals and make recommendations
• College degree

3 NICE TO HAVE skills (or experience) that are preferred, but not required:

• JD or MBA
• Vendor management
• Banking industry experience

SUMMARY:

• Working with sourcing teams to inventory, forecast upcoming renewals, and negotiate contracts with our vendors (likely sub-$500k contract values)
• Research existing contract pipeline, identify opportunities to save money or reduce financial risk for the contract owners, and execute on those opportunities as they arise.
• Looking for someone to manage vendor negotiations to achieve savings while not losing sight of long term, strategic goals.
• You will review, negotiate, and manage contracts, assist with strategic sourcing (i.e. RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, etc.) and financial planning, and work on project-based initiatives.
• This role is specifically aimed toward understanding and negotiating contracts that arise out of our combined Operations and our Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines.
