Job Description

Beloved Social is looking for a motivated, social media manager. As we continue to grow our business, we are really excited to add a new team member to support our clients with monthly content creation and project management to keep our services high touch.

We specialize in hands-on social media services such as; content strategy, content creation, editing, copy writing, ads management, influencer management and community management.

Our ideal candidate is looking for a part time, sub-contractor role where they can grow and own projects. We are a small but mighty team with momentum and looking to scale and want someone along for the ride.

Whether this means helping our clients with content creation, advertising strategy or community management, We make sure to showcase our client’s brands in a way that they are actually excited about!

Job Role Overview

The Social Media Account Manager is pivotal in providing executive account support, managing client projects, and overseeing the agency's social media presence. This position requires someone who is not only adept at social media for brands but also brings a keen understanding and passion for project management and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client content, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify client needs, offering strategic solutions to any challenges.
  • Analyze client performance metrics and recommend improvements for social media campaigns.
  • Oversee creating and managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and designing impactful graphics.
  • Ensure prompt and engaging communication on client social media accounts, including responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and contribute to the agency's growth and client success strategies.

Requirements and Expectations

  • 1099 Sub-Contractor, Hybrid Position
  • Looking for someone MN based for content creation. Please do not apply if you live outside of Minnesota.
  • Payment is set at hourly rates, depending on experience.
  • Hours starting at about 10 - 15 hours per week, but potential for more.
  • Proven experience in social media management, client relationship management, and project coordination.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Proficient in all social media platforms. (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok)
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are desirable.
