Job Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

Duration: Full time, 6 month Contract to Hire

Location & Remote Flex: *Must be in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Expectations is Hybrid 3-4 days in office PER MONTH.

Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with a self-starter attitude to join our team. You would collaborate with our team to keep track of vendor agreements, costs, security bestpractices, physical computer hardware, and support the M-RETS platform and staff. You must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both in a team environment and independently

Requirements:

• Looking for at least 4-5 years in a Senior level IT support role
• Technical Vendor management - 20-30 tech vendor partners, monitor agreements and ensure they are getting the most of the partnership or if they need to adjust usage
• Cybersecurity foundations - Cybersecurity component with these vendors - security auditing - updates based on systems and their impact, etc.
• Virtualization/Asset Management

Nice to have:

• Jira - Will use this for tracking/communication
• Renewable energy understanding
