We are seeking a HR Generalist to undertake all daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) Department. This includes recruitment and hiring, payroll including time and attendance, employee benefits, absences and leaves and adhering to HR compliance. An important part of this role is to serve as the liaison between HR and our Personal Care Workers (PCW), ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. Reporting to and assisting the HR Supervisor.
Our HR Generalist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, an expert at multitasking administrative tasks along with delegating tasks to manage workload, a strong background in Human Resource Management having the ability to adopt strategically while managing HR priorities proactively. Continuously demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate for this role, holds an HR-related degree and have experience in our industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Five years of verifiable work experience in HR relating to home-based health care provider(s) is strongly preferred. At least one year of Human Resource Management experience preferred.
