Surprise Lake Dental is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Milton, WA

We're looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Administrator to join our team. Your main focus will be handling front desk administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of our dental practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk tasks such as scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process insurance claims and confirm coverage for treatments.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow at the front desk.
  • Monitor and restock dental supplies as needed.
  • Handle billing procedures and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Assist with other front office administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Front Office Administrator.
  • Proficiency in dental office software and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy front office environment.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Understanding of insurance billing and claims processes.
