Advantech USA is Hiring a Shipping Receiving clerk Near Milpitas, CA

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Temp to Hire)

Location(s): Milpitas, CA - Onsite

Compensation: $20 - $22 Hourly

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the packaging within the shipping system, daily component packaging, and filing customer customization orders within the delivery and packing system.
Schedules orders and ensures accuracy of packaging products, including double boxing, and palletizing.
Completes daily inbound receiving of product and packages and notifies recipients accordingly.
Scans barcodes of shipping modules to the SAP system for recordkeeping.
Coordinates and provides support with employees and/or other departments to resolve shipping and packaging issues and matters.
Follow up, monitors, and ensures CTO files (Customization to Order project files) and SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) are adhered to.
Performs and completes any other tasks/projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of warehouse experience, preferably within the electronic module of high technology manufacturing industry sector.
Minimum one (1) year of related warehouse experience within the consistent areas of material handling, shipping, and receiving, distribution, and/or operations.
Good understanding of basic/fundamental warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently.
Ability to perform within a changing workload and/or priorities and meet order schedules with quality results.
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment, and willingness to motivate and support others.
Ability to lift up to thirty (30) pounds.
Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and skill in SAP system is preferred.
Computer skills are preferred (i.e.: Microsoft Outlook).
