We are looking for a sales operation specialist, responsibilities include Product sales management,

checking customer orders, confirming shipment configurations, tracking production materials, monitoring production pace, tracking shipments and ensuring delivery, following up on payment collection, handling post-receipt customer demands.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, signing, and archiving confidentiality agreements with potential clients.
• Communicate and review customer orders to confirm the validity of pricing, tax rates, shipping methods, and product configurations.
• Report order requirements to the headquarters PMC team, initiate project preparation and procurement, and provide business and customer estimated delivery timelines.
• Communicate with the business and customers to confirm relevant receiving requirements, documents, and instructions.
• Submit borrowing requests in CRM based on requests from Sales/CPM for approval.
• Submit borrowing approval in CRM after confirming project background, requirements, and pricing.
• Track material lead times to the factory, communicate and coordinate with PM/DM/warehouse to complete assembly, production, and testing.
• Create borrowing orders in SAP according to approved projects; provide borrowing order numbers for the applicant to pick up or arrange delivery to the customer's specified address.
• Follow up and track unrecovered items and perform relevant operations such as extending or closing borrowing orders.
• Regularly clean, verify, and reconcile with Sales Assistants/CPMs on a weekly basis, and quarterly and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2 years of experience in operations-related roles preferred.
• Familiarity with business operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, CRM software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English preferred.
