Job position: Service Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: WEEKLY PAY
Payrate: $20.00-$24.00 D.O.E
- Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some after hour dispatching that is required (service phone must always remain on).
- Dispatch service technicians throughout the state of Wisconsin
- Quote repairs
- Maintain calendar.
- Coordinate with customers on the servicing of their equipment.
- Processing work orders to be billed.
- Organizing workload for technicians
- Maintaining PMs with current customers.
