Looking for a front desk receptionist at a busy optometry practice. Experience with vision insurances a preferred but not required. Responsibilities would include answering phones, checking in/out patients, scheduling patients, pulling insurance information, collecting copays/outstanding balances, patient confirmations, and chart prep. Flexible hours which would include 2 evenings.
Schedule would be as follows:
Monday: 12pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 7pm
Thursday: 9am-1pm
Friday: OFF
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
