The Operations Manager is an important leader on the Sky Zone Park management team, ensuring all elements of park safety, employee training, guest experience and logistics are executed to standard and team communication is coordinated and effective.
The Operations Manager position manages the day-to-day operations of the park, including managing the maintenance, repair and safety of all apparatus; ensuring employees are well-trained, new employees are on-boarded effectively and are knowledgeable about park offerings and programs; coordination of team to deliver WoW to birthday party and event groups; administrative support such as employee scheduling and inventory management.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
• Function as the “Manager on Duty”
• Adopt and maintain Sky Zone standards, policies and procedures at all times
• Resolve guest service issues with discretion and professionalism
• Ensure employees are knowledgeable about all products, programs and promos
• Ensure inventory is managed appropriately and maintain vendor relationships
• Assist General Manager with employee scheduling, proper staffing and payroll expense %
• Assist General Manager with employee job training
• Ensure Sky Zone, State and Local health department standards are met or exceeded
• Ensure weekly inspections and maintenance projects meet/exceed Sky Zone standards
• Complete, report and maintain injury and incident records
• Stay current with Sky Zone communication and assist General Manager with relying information
