Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with calendar management for executives and team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and processing paperwork
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
