Our Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a enthusiastic and compassionate 3-11 Full Time Nursing Supervisor to join our team!
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Excellent nursing, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective professional leader and role model
Purpose: To supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in a safe, timely and accurate manner in accordance with state and federal requirements and the policies and goals of this facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
