Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Meet with potential customers to understand their insurance requirements and provide personalized insurance advice.
Inbound and Outbound Calls : Handle incoming calls from prospective clients and initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads.
Policies and Coverage : Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies and coverage options.
Claims Support : Assist clients in filing claims, coordinating with insurance adjusters, and ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
Business Development : Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Requirement
Licensing : Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Missouri.
Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
