Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in landscape design software, project management, and sales to create stunning outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build aesthetically pleasing landscapes for residential and commercial properties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Create detailed plans, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements
- Draft contracts and proposals for client approval
- Oversee landscape maintenance post-installation
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, Sketchup, and other landscape design software
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems
- Ability to draft clear and concise plans and proposals
- Sales experience to effectively communicate design ideas and close deals
