Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. As a Youth Pastor, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting the spiritual growth of our youth community. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and help shape their faith journey. Duties: - Provide Christian counseling and guidance to youth members - Develop and lead engaging youth programs, activities, and events - Deliver inspiring and relevant sermons during youth services - Mentor and disciple youth members, fostering their spiritual growth - Organize and facilitate small group discussions and Bible studies - Coordinate and lead mission trips, retreats, and community service projects - Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth ministry with overall church vision - Offer bereavement support to youth members experiencing loss or grief - Provide crisis management support when needed Requirements: - Strong Christian faith and commitment to serving youth - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate young people - Experience in event planning and organizing youth activities - Proficient in public speaking, delivering sermons, and leading worship services - Knowledge of Christian counseling principles for providing guidance and support - Ability to present biblical teachings in a relatable manner for youth understanding - Familiarity with crisis management techniques for handling challenging situations We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
