About The RoleAre you ready to take charge of marketing multiple brands within Partner.Co's diverse product portfolio? As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies, identifying promotional opportunities, and ensuring our brands resonate with our target audience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to drive brand growth, monitor industry trends, and translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns. What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications plans for multiple brands.
  • Monitor global product performance and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from new product development to rebranding and retirement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Translate scientific study results into compelling marketing strategies, guiding copywriters and designers to bring these visions to life.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure optimal marketing of products.
  • Other duties as assigned to drive brand success and business growth.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in product management or brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with product development and lifecycle management.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a strong ability to identify marketing activities that drive financial returns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong creative ability.
  • Ability to act as a recognized subject matter expert within the company.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
