Job Description:
IWS is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of IT/Helpdesk, Networking & Security experience and will be responsible for configuring and maintaining company devices, as well as supporting company employees on any IT related issues. The candidate will work closely with the IT manager to ensure operations are running efficiently. Occasional travel to other IWS locations within the USA & Canada may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all IT Inventory at this location (Laptops, peripherals, etc.)
- Troubleshoot end user issues across the company
- Onboard / Offboard Users
- Investigate and resolve any security related issues
- Reconfigure hardware for new user rollouts
- Update applications and coordinate rollouts
- Document new installation, repair procedures and endpoint management
- Participate in all active IT Projects as necessary
- Keep current on all desktop and related technologies
- Perform additional IT related duties as necessary
Requirements:
- 2 years of IT support experience demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills on desktop and end user applications
- Great understanding with current technology including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 Security, Teams Administration, Sharepoint, Exchange
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills with ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Security & Networking knowledge would be great asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
