Key Business Objectives
The Recruiter will drive the business’s talent acquisition goal of reducing third-party field mechanic labor in the Permian by implementing multiple sourcing methods and strategies. This incumbent will positively represent the company and promote USAC as the number one career destination in the Permian. This boots-on-the-ground position will attend local career fairs, colleges, and technical schools to search for talent. Success for this position will be evaluated on both the numbers and quality of hires to the company, as well as developing partnership and trust with operations and safety.
This position is based in the Midland, TX area and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager in Austin and cross-functionally to the Midland operations leadership team. The role will work closely with the Permian Regional Vice President, his leadership team, and members of human resources to attract the best talent to the company.
