ABR Employment Services is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator Near Middleton, WI

Now Hiring a Customer Service Administrator with entry level Accounting experience for our client in the Middleton area!Submit your updated resume to be considered!Pay Range$20.00 - $26.00
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 or 4:00 p.m. (can be flexible)
Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday (regular hours) and Fridays 7:00am- 1:00pm!
Position SummaryBe a lead in providing exceptional customer service. Candidate must have some accounting experience.
Position DutiesEssential Job Functions:
  • Customer Service (20%): Answers incoming customer service phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with questions regarding product and order status including tracking information. Researches and resolves customers issues/concerns following established procedures. Responds to email requests/questions in a timely manner. Approve web access. Assist with web store usage. Run credit card payments. Process warranties, call tags, and returns.
  • Order Fulfillment (60%): Obtains order information from FCI Web stores/mailed in/emailed or faxed so that orders can be fulfilled quickly and accurately. Determines expedited freight cost. Verifies accuracy of orders. Converts quotes and web orders. Interfaces with other departments to gather information to support fulfillment and servicing of all orders. Processes emergency and warranty orders for fulfillment by initiating replacement or repair of damaged or missing items.
  • Program administration (20%): Maintains all program records. Provides customers with reports and information regarding their account. Files assigned program and Account Manager paperwork. Creates and Maintains assigned program procedures. Processes freight daily. Scans all shipped assigned program packing lists into File Maker Pro database. Assists management with running needed reports.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associates degree.
  • Experience: Two years of business administration/customer service experience required.
  • Computer/Software and Office Equipment Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with small business accounting software (Filemaker Pro).
Personal Attributes RequiredMust have effective interaction and collaborative skills and demonstrate a positive, welcoming and professional manner in person and on the telephone. Effective written and verbal communication skills are required. Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and ability to establish and maintain effective customer, visitor and vendor relationships by using well-developed and appropriate interpersonal skills. Must have knowledge of good grammar, spelling, punctuation and basic math abilities.
