Position Overview Perform all activities associated with the new account setup on the Horizon system for the Bank’s Residential Mortgage, Home Equity, and Consumer loan and line products on the Horizon system.

Possess knowledge of loan consumer loan products and all loan related areas of the Horizon system including the loan, collateral, relationship management systems and online transactions.

The position will ensure compliance with associated bank policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. Position Responsibilities :

• Review and process the daily residential mortgage loan funding transactions in accordance with establish procedures. Update the Attorney Funding SharePoint site and complete the general ledger transactions in Horizon to fund the attorney’s IOLTA account.
• Review and process Consumer and Home Equity files, fund as instructed and prepare for boarding to Horizon.
• Board to Horizon all Consumer, Home Equity, and Mortgage files
• Post loan disbursements and advance transactions online in Horizon.
• Maintain loan product boarding procedures. Ensure compliance with bank procedures, state and federal regulations.
• Process GL transactions timely and accurately.
• Perform servicing duties as assigned.
• Provide superior customer service to the Bank's customers, lending units and branches. Serve as subject matter expert for the Home Equity, Business Banking and Consumer products.
• Assists in developing and updating procedure and training materials. Perform training as requested by manager.
• Keep informed of compliance regulations including changes and updates as it applies to products and systems
• Create test cases and perform testing for enhancements or upgrades to existing systems.
• Assist in mapping and testing in the event of acquisition related integrations.
• Serve as subject matter expert relative to the EnCompass and Horizon systems relative to booking and funding of Mortgage, Home Equity and Consumer Loans.
• Create and monitor reporting as requested by manager. Position Qualifications
• Knowledge of the Horizon Loan System or similar core loan system a required.
• Knowledge of the various types of financial instruments specific to the repayment of debt.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment while meeting critical deadlines.
• Proven ability to solve complex issues, and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills; be detail-oriented, accurate and self-motivated. Required Skills :
