Director of Culinary Services - Salary range from $28.40 to $37.63/hour Full Time 40 hours/week

Experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervises food preparation and service and maintains standards of operation.
• Oversees maintenance of records: meal selection, menus, diet census, diets served and weekly staffing.
• Responsible for providing and supervising high quality food service to patients as well as evaluating departmental goals and objectives to assure compliance with appropriate regulations.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining budgetary guidelines
• Train and mentor culinary staff on best practices and safety protocols

Prerequisites:

• High School degree required; additional education in culinary a plus.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• CDM required.
• 4 years supervisory/management experience in culinary environment; healthcare setting experience a plus.

Pay: $28.40 - $37.63 per hour
