Elementary School Teacher:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young students.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Incorporate technology and interactive learning tools into lessons to enhance the educational experience
- Monitor student behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- valid FLDOE teaching certification (required)
- Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in lesson planning, classroom management, and educational best practices
