And you’ll be in the thick of it, coming up with business strategies, working with our creative team, HR professionals and finance experts to help our clients reach every single goal.

Job Purpose

The Call Center Representative contacts customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their orthodontic finance contract and obtains payments, commitment agreements, or establishes a repayment plan.

This is not a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Available to make outbound and receive inbound calls
  • Maintain the following goals:
  • Abandon Rate – 5% or less
  • Pause Time – 5% or less
  • After Call Time – 15% or less
  • Ability to solve practical problems with customers and deal with a variety of personalities leaving the customer feeling that they were assisted in a professional and fair manner
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret billing statements, financial screens, and patient collection reports
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise written materials to customers
  • Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and accounts managers
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats

Qualification Requirements

  • 2-4 years or related experience
  • Fluency in Spanish is required

· Clear speech and pleasant telephone demeanor

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel

Education and/or Licenses and Certifications

  • High school diploma or its equivalent

Work Environment

  • Requires sitting with occasional walking, standing, kneeling, or stooping
  • Requires regular talking and hearing
  • Requires close vision and the ability to focus
