Service Appointment Coordinator
The Service Appointment Coordinator receives all incoming service calls, establishes relationships with guests, and schedules appointments for the Service Department BDC.
This position requires an outgoing personality with a high interest in assisting our guests. You are expected to uphold the Lexus standard by presenting yourself with courtesy and a professional image.
