We are looking for strong selling speacialist that can engage with customers, also become personal shoppers for customers. Dressing Mannequins, doing floor sets, self starters, career driven and taking the Initiative in doing their part to drive sales. The dress code at Dillard's is business professional. In many cases, management will encourage associates to wear clothing from Dillard's. If you work in cosmetics, you must wear all back.
