What You Will Be Doing
- Interact with court personnel and clients.
- Draft correspondence, discovery requests and responses.
- Organize case files and maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
- Assist Attorneys both pre and post trial.
- 5 Years of Paralegal experience.
- Experience with litigation.
- Attention to detail, organization, highly organized.
- Document management system and case management software experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
