Responsibilities & Duties:

• Collaborate with the executive team to oversee all aspects of Best Dispensary, Yuma Dispensary and other in-house brand’s marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies as needed
• Manage social media platforms and online reputation (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, Google, Yelp, etc.) as well as actively engage and grow online community and presence for our multiple brands
• Maintain an editorial and social media marketing content calendar for our brands
• Establish, track and share key metrics on the success of social media content and use that information to improve social media projects and other marketing initiatives
• Manage our digital footprint to ensure brand consistency and accuracy throughout digital advertising, email marketing, websites, e-commerce and social media
• Assist in marketing event planning, organizing, vendor communication and execution
• Design graphics for print advertising and signage, and place print orders for numerous marketing needs
• Manage website alterations and updates
• Provide graphic design work for other miscellaneous Marketing and branding needs
• Assist with email marketing campaign needs
• Act as company photographer and videographer capturing content for numerous Marketing campaigns and social media needs

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years prior Graphic Design or Marketing and/or Social Media experience
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts in the context of various print and digital media
• At least 3 years experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Canva and illustration software
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization. Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills
• Creativity and ability to create, compose and edit content to reflect our brand personality
• Excellent communication skills and leadership, both verbally and through written media
• Well versed in social media limitations as it relates to the cannabis industry a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills required
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage numerous projects at one time
• A portfolio of examples of previous work preferred
• At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (excluding cannabis)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar, or 4 to 6 years comparable experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
