What You'll Do

As an RBT at AccessAbilities, Inc., you will work closely with our amazing team of RBTs and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to teach children with autism in a creative, fun, and supportive environment. Our BCBAs provide our RBTs with regular supervision to support them in providing the best possible therapy for our clients. BCBAs are on-site during clinic hours and all therapy sessions and team meetings are held in our clinic.

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism to teach them to communicate, play, make friends, and function independently.
• Follow behavior plans to increase appropriate behaviors and decrease problem behaviors.
• Collect data so progress can be measured to ensure each child's goals are achieved.
• Demonstrate a desire to receive support, direction, and feedback from a BCBA.

Who We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Must pass the RBT certification after training.
