Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the business

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Provide strong leadership to the operations team
- Oversee project management activities
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to profit loss analysis
- Supervise operational staff and ensure adherence to company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
