We're seeking a highly motivated shipping associate to play a role in ensuring our high-end products to reach their destinations flawlessly. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, from receiving shipments to packing and dispatching finished products

Position – Shipping Associate

Job Location – Menomonee Falls, WI 53051

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $18-$20

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience.

What you'll do:

• Receive and Process Shipments: Meticulously check incoming deliveries for accuracy and potential damage.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects before packing and shipping.
• Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack and ship products, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to shipping regulations.
• Warehouse Management: Organize incoming shipments within the designated storage areas.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock to optimize workflow.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized for efficient operations.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience working in a fast-paced shipping and receiving environment.
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation (a plus).
• Knowledge of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and common carrier procedures (FedEx, DHL, USPS).
• Experience operating a forklift (a plus, but not required).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
