WE are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the operations of our NEW LOCATION. The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, leadership, and culture in a fast growing, locally owned, multi-unit restaurant. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the establishment, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. If you have a passion for the food service industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory control, kitchen management, and banquet services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create innovative menu items and ensure consistent food quality
- Utilize POS system to track sales, manage inventory, and analyze data for business improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in using POS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
