Eaton is Hiring a Remote Financial Services Coordinator
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to support our Central Region. This position is fully remote.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $78750.0 - $115500.0 a year.

What you’ll do:
Position Overview:
The Financial Coordinator will provide order management and financial oversight of the District Operations Center (DOC). The Financial Coordinator is responsible for accurate sales order entry and invoicing. They will work closely with the DOC Manager, Scheduler and Sales to track and meet financial performance targets including, but not limited to: sales, orders, gross margin, inventory. The Financial Coordinator will issue purchase orders and track material deliveries, to set, and ensure alignment with the forecast. The Financial Coordinator will reconcile project costs (material and labor), and apply GAAP to manage Accounts Receivable/Payable and day-to-day operations. The Financial Coordinator will be familiar with the other DOC processes (e.g. scheduling, shipping / receiving, document control) to ensure continuity and back-up. The Financial Coordinator must operate with absolute integrity and pursue continuous process improvement.

In this function you will:
- Acknowledge all purchase orders, obtain proper insurance certificates and assure that terms and conditions are presented to customer.
- Reconcile all purchase orders with the in-house negotiations to assure matching between promises and expectations. .
- Issue purchase orders via Oracle Purchasing System
- Accurately reconcile and invoice orders via Oracle Project Costing system.
- Complete various office administration responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR 4 years of experience in finance, supply chain management or project management assistance or coordination and/or project scheduling.
- Three (3) years' experience in finance management, supply chain management, project management assistance or coordination and/or project scheduling
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience with cost accounting and general business experience/background
- Experience working in Oracle and/or Salesforce .
- Knowledge of power distribution, control products, as well as field service practices and procedures, employee relations, and quality programs
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), PMI Scheduling Professional PMI-SP), or Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM) preferred.
