Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to support our Central Region. This position is fully remote.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $78750.0 - $115500.0 a year.

Position Overview:
The Financial Coordinator will provide order management and financial oversight of the District Operations Center (DOC). The Financial Coordinator is responsible for accurate sales order entry and invoicing. They will work closely with the DOC Manager, Scheduler and Sales to track and meet financial performance targets including, but not limited to: sales, orders, gross margin, inventory. The Financial Coordinator will issue purchase orders and track material deliveries, to set, and ensure alignment with the forecast. The Financial Coordinator will reconcile project costs (material and labor), and apply GAAP to manage Accounts Receivable/Payable and day-to-day operations. The Financial Coordinator will be familiar with the other DOC processes (e.g. scheduling, shipping / receiving, document control) to ensure continuity and back-up. The Financial Coordinator must operate with absolute integrity and pursue continuous process improvement.
