Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through business development and client acquisition.

Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor product offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to effectively communicate value propositions

Experience:
- Proven experience in technology sales or related field
- Strong business development skills with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and technical sales concepts

Pay: $15.49 - $18.00 per hour
