Company DescriptionHealthways Services is a for-profit organization offering a broad array of health and human service programs dedicated to helping individuals and companies achieve success.Job DescriptionBank Teller is needed, which will provide superior and quality customer service by ensuring all transactions are processed accurately for our client. They are in search of a good candidate that keeps accurate records of currency and negotiable instruments while following bank polices and procedures. Provides customer referrals for new products and services on a daily basis. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: •Accepts and processes deposits and withdrawals on commercial, personal, and savings accounts. Cashes various types of checks according to established policies. •Counts, sorts and packages currency and coin. Prepares and fills change orders for commercial customers. •Prepares and sells cashier’s checks, money orders, and travelers checks. •Activates ATM pin numbers for customers when needed. •Prepares end of day information for tax payment remittance, MasterCard/Visa transactions, official check report, traveler’s checks.•Balances cash daily following standard procedures. •Handles and adjusts minor problems or complaints from customers; answers requests for routine information and directs inquiries to proper department.
