APT Management Group, Inc is Hiring a Property Manager Near Melrose, MA
APT Management, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Property Manager for our residential properties located in Wakefield and Melrose, MA. The Property Manager oversees all functions of the property, including leasing, supervision of on-site staff, handling tenant communications and issues, and managing all administrative and accounting functions.
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, environment and will have 4 years experience in Residential Property Management Operations. Excellent customer service, supervisory and organizational skills are required for this position.
