• Oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis.
• Utilize project management software such as RedTeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage change orders and resolve project issues promptly.
Experience:
• Strong background in commercial project management.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and budgeting.
• Experience with Project Management software such as RedTeam, Prolog, Primavera, or ProCore software.
• Knowledge of construction management processes and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.
