Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will work under the IT Project Manager and will be responsible for coordination with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are addressed and assignments are delivered with minimal distractions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Coordinates with internal and external parties, gathers and maintains system and application requirements.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Continually assess project risks and seek ways to mitigate risks. Make prioritization recommendations based on estimated return and/or benefit to the business analysis. Ascertain and document business objectives and requirements

Education & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• 2 years relevant project management related experience.
• Project Management certification(s) are preferred (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
