Daily Workflow:
» Handle office phones scheduling deliveries, making payments.
» Delivery exceptional customer service by phone and in person
» Utilize a range of computer software, including Microsoft and Sage DM2
» Support for Office Administrators and Accounts Payable department
We’re Seeking:
» Minimum of 1 year of office/admin experience
» Accounts Payable experience (preferred)
» Proven phone skills and etiquette
» Must pass drug screen & background check.
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm
