Responsibilities:
- Install and configure audiovisual equipment, including projectors, displays, sound systems, video conferencing solutions, control systems, and other AV components
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Perform site surveys to assess installation needs, infrastructure requirements, and technical constraints
- Assemble and mount AV equipment securely and professionally, ensuring proper cable management and aesthetics
- Test and troubleshoot AV systems to verify functionality, quality, and performance, and address any issues that arise during installation
- Program and calibrate AV control systems to ensure seamless operation and user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, networking, and facilities, to integrate AV systems into existing infrastructures
- Provide training and user support to clients on how to operate and maintain installed AV systems
