Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.

- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Back up the delivery driver when out or when delivery volume is high.
- Ability to work independently and accurately with little direction.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks at once effectively.
- Ability to lead a small team.
- Maintain part inventory cleanliness, accuracy, and organization
- Pulling, organizing, and staging of parts and equipment.
- Material handling-load and unload inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Manage material returns from job sites with vendors.
- Manage and coordinate the recycling of returned materials.
- Keep warehouse and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
- Help develop and coordinate maintenance program for company equipment such as tools, forklifts, scissors, and boom lifts.
- Enforce company supplied tool policy.
- Manage tool inventory and identify/manage maintenance & repairs of tools
- Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people.
- Always Conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Abide by BBEC guideline as set forth in the Company Handbook
- High school diploma, completion of G.E.D.
- Equivalent technical school or work experience
- Criminal background check required for hire
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record required
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Drivers Certification (DOT)
- Forklift certified and/or the ability to become certified through our company.
- Personal computer and Smart phone skills-Required
- Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems (ERPs)
- Ability and willingness to learn new software
- Startup experience a plus
- Experience in Warehousing and/or Electrical Construction a plus
- Mechanically inclined (able to make small repairs and perform maintenance on tools)
- English language skill
- Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Purchasing/Warehouse Manager.
- Responsible for training and supervising newly hired co-op students and apprentices while assisting in the warehouse functions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat or cold. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
