Plaza Lanes has served Crawford County and surrounding area since 1958. We are a 24 lane bowling alley with a restaurant & bar.
Overview: Join our team as a Kitchen Team Member and be part of a dynamic culinary environment. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about food service and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces. - Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. - Support the chef and kitchen staff in daily tasks as needed. Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. - Knowledge of culinary techniques and basic food preparation methods. - Ability to communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with bussing tables, banquet setup, or cooking is a plus. - Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices. Pay: $13.54 - $14.09 per hour
