Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting and managing health-related data into the AHLTA system
- Utilizing EHR SYSTEM and IBM AS/400 for various data entry tasks
- Employing McKesson software for healthcare information solutions
- Using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Executing billing functions and claim administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries or issues related to data entry
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all work
- Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Performing additional duties as required, all related to the realm of medical data entry.
- Proficiency in using the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)
- Must be well versed in EHR SYSTEM operation
- Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is required
- Experience with McKesson software is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform Billing Functions accurately
- Experience in Claim Administration
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Accurate and fast Data Entry skills
- Must be proficient in Documentation processes and procedures
