At EMPWR USA, Inc we are not sitting still. In McMinnville we currently have three production lines for nutrition bars and currently undergoing construction to add more production space! We are planning to move to a condensed work schedule in early 2024.

A new line for us, that means a lot of opportunities for you! Will you join our team as operator?

We have two, 12-hour, shift options:

Day: 5AM - 5PM

Night: 5PM - 5AM

Your Job:

Everyday millions of protein bars roll off our production lines. As an operator you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process.

• You start up the machines, set them up and make adjustments where necessary.
• You make the perfect mix of ingredients for our delicious products or make sure they end up in the right packaging.
• You check whether everything runs smoothly, e.g. quality of the dough, welds in the packaging, automatic stacking of the boxes.
• Together with you, we look at which step in the production process best suits your qualities and which function suits you best.

Your profile:

• You can independently keep everything running smoothly in your production area, but you are also a real team player who takes into account the various steps in the production process.
• You know how to get to work and you like the fact that not every day is the same.
• Flexibility in your work schedule, and ok with a little overtime.
• You speak fluent English. Bilingual preferred.
• Able to successfully pass pre-employment assessment.
• Authorized to work in the US (we participate in E-verify)
