We are very flexible on hours and days worked. $2,000 sign on bonus with contract.We are a small but busy accounting firm located in the McMinnville area. Seeking full time staff accountant to join our growing firm.
Local tax CPA looking for an Staff Accountant with 2 years of tax experience. Will consider all tax professionals such as CPA candidates or Enrolled Agents with the tax preparation experience. Our firm is unique. We offer business tax services, individual tax services and estate and gift taxes. We also offer tax resolution. We are looking for an experienced tax professional that can meet and help clients, prepare taxes, and provide tax and resolution advice. It is a growth position and a unique opportunity to learn a niche market of tax resolution.Experience, work ethic, good work attitude will determine advancement. Easy going work environment. Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 years of accounting experience;
- Proficient in QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Remain professional and keep information confidential at all times.
- Be able to embrace daily change.
- Possess amazing organizational skills.
- Have self-confidence that allows for constructive feedback.
- Eagerness to learn keyboard shortcuts.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
