As the Warehouse Lead, you will play an important role within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a safety-oriented work environment while overseeing all warehouse operations.

You will lead a team of associates, ensuring efficient coordination of tasks, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of inventory accuracy.

You will be reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first culture among all warehouse associates and truck drivers, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized and cost-effective distribution operation
• Maintain overall warehouse organization, including management of bin locations and ERP transfers to facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of experience in warehouse with an understanding of safety regulations and best practices preferred.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds routinely.
