Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs.
- Fabricate parts using welding and machining equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with logic controllers and facilities maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
