Key Responsibilities
- Working cross-functionally with business, and 3rd party vendor teams while delivering quality results.
- Analyses the business impact of the proposed solutions and plans the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the proposed solution, including providing input into resourcing estimates.
- Coordinates internal and 3rd party resources during design, piloting of assessments, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Coordinates input into 3rd party SLAs and ensures delivery of 3rd parties to agreed timeframes
- Develops and supports stakeholder engagement and change communications.
- Utilizes the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources, project milestones, risks, and financials.
- Engages stakeholders to ensure successful project deployment and benefits achievement.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Process-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge and experience of Change Management Practices.
- High level of Stakeholder Management skills.
- Experience creating and managing project plans, document repositories, risk registers, and other PM artifacts.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Experience working with CPG company
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Human Rights
