D4C Dental Brands is Hiring a Dental Operations Manager Near Mc Kinney, TX
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental practice, including front and back office administration.
- Foster a positive office culture and provide leadership to office staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
- Collaborate with Regional Dental Officer (RDO) and Human Resources for staff selection and orientation.
- Implement and enforce office policies to achieve performance goals in patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
- Address and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain staff certifications and licenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in dental management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare management and customer service best practices.
