Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, and minor electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Fabricate parts when necessary using various tools and equipment

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance
- Experience with logic controllers and ohmmeters
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong leadership skills for supervising maintenance staff
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices
