Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane.

You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Carry out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with customer.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and helpful manner
• Offer an excellent Best in Class experience to all customers, both on the phone and in person
• Master Lightyear
• Complete all OEM Service training
• Assist Managers with tasks and duties as needed
• Make sure that each customer that comes into the dealership is properly greeted
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be professional and reliable
• Have excellent computer skills
• Have good communication skills
• Display excellent driving skills and follow all traffic laws
• Must have a valid drivers license, with clean driving record
• Complete training required.
